The health and safety of everyone are very important to us, and while I cannot guarantee 100% that exposure to COVID-19 will not happen in the massage office or anywhere else, we are making the following changes to our massage practice to reduce the likelihood of transmission, within the office space, to best of our abilities;
Due to COVID-19, we are temporarily limiting the number of daily/weekly appointments that can be scheduled to allow for thorough cleaning between clients and shifts.
If you are experiencing a fever, cough, or sore throat, please reschedule your appointment for when you are no longer symptomatic. If you have been to a COVID-19-impacted area and/or have been in close contact with a person infected with COVID-19, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment for 14 days past the date of contact.
Please note, it is required that clients wear face coverings when they arrive for their appointments. Please leave all unnecessary personal items in your car.
Masks that cover the nose and mouth are required for all persons inside the massage studio. I will be wearing a mask during your entire visit. If you do not have a mask, I will provide you with a cloth mask that you can keep.
Shoes will need to be removed in the entryway to the massage room. I am happy to supplying you with washable slippers to wear in the studio upon request.
Please wash your hands as soon as you enter the studio proper and use a new/clean hand drying cloth each time you wash.
All cloth surfaces have been removed from the massage space for easy cleaning. For the time being this includes ALL table coverings except the sheets.
All surfaces will be thoroughly disinfected between clients.
Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. We hope this will alleviate any stress or hesitation you might have regarding scheduling an advance appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to please contact us as soon as possible to let us know you need to reschedule. *To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations.
